Payment & Refund Policy
Currently accepting payment through
CashApp / Paypal / Stripe / Kofi in USD!Minimum upfront payment of 50%.
The client will be given 48 hours after receiving the first invoice to pay for the commission.
If the client is unable to pay for the given invoice after 48 hours, the commission will be withheld indefinitely until the total payment is received.
If for any reason, the client requests to cancel their commission before the commission is finished & approved, they are guaranteed an 80% refund.
If for any reason, I'm unable to fulfill the client's commission (regardless of the commission progress), they are 100% guaranteed a FULL refund.

As the artist, I reserve the right to reject any commission orders.
I am not obligated to take on or complete a commission order if you have violated any of my terms.
I reserve the right to post any completed commissions on any of my online platforms unless specifically requested by the client that their commission remain private.
All of my commission works & WIP photos will include a visible watermark. The client will NOT remove the watermark any way under any circumstances.
All commissions are only reserved for personal use.
All commissions will not be reused or repurposed for AI use. This includes inputting my work into Generative AI programs such as but not limited to Dreamstudio, Midjourney, Nightcafe, WOMBO Dream, DeepAI, and more.
Frequently Asked Questions
| Q: What can I do to prepare my commission request? | A: Gather at least one clear image reference of the character you'd like me to draw. You can send other reference materials that you feel is important to achieving the final commission. (EX: other artwork, inspiration boards, music playlist, etc.) |
| Q: How long will it take for a commission to be made? | A: The average turn around time for a single commission will take at least 1-2 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the commission, it may take shorter or longer to finish and send the final results. |
| Q: Can you send proofs of the commission before completion? | A: Yes! I will keep regular communication with you throughout the whole commission process, from concept to final product. Proofs will be sent as WIP screenshots through social media or email. |
| Q: How will the final product be sent? | A: You will receive a flat and transparent PNG/JPEG file of your commission. It can be sent via email, a google drive link, or Discord, whichever is more comfortable for the client. This is to ensure the commission's full resolution isn't lost. |
| Q: What if I need to request a change for the commission? | A: You can request as many changes as you'd like with each stage I send a WIP screenshot with you. I typically send WIP screenshots during the rough sketch, clean sketch, lineart, flat color, and shading stages. I cannot make changes once the final PNG/JPEG file is sent. |
| Q: How can I use your commission? | A: You can use your commission for personal use only! (EX: profile picture, digital wallpaper, personal prints, etc.) Please ask me about using my commission for commercial use! |

I'm currently a full-time high school student that will soon be graduating in the spring, 2025. In the fall, I'll be attending a 4-year university to pursue a degree in Art Education.My art has always been about storytelling, exploring the use of narrative through creating stories and characters with my art. Other than just drawing, I'm trying to branch out by learning new skills and focus on my other interests.
